Refund Policy
The Carved Spirit does not offer automatic refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your item, you are welcome to contact us so we can discuss the issue and try to resolve it.
Deposits for custom-made timber pieces are arranged through direct communication — in person, via our Facebook Business Page (Messenger) or by phone. Custom orders follow the same process: if a concern arises, we will talk it through with you and determine the best solution.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint or assist you further, a refund may be issued upon timely receipt of the returned item or cancellation of the service. All refunds are made at the discretion of TheCarvedSpirit.com.au.
